The door opens into a nice suburban house, and there they meet two other devils, who are busy with the children

The boys are just a few months old, but they are Vyv's kids, after all.

"Your house is so clean." Vyvyan comments, going over to the boys.

People don't normally let him near their children. It's weird to think that these are his own.

"Which is which?"

"Left to right, Ethan, Aiden and Lucas. It is a clean house because the kids did not start trashing it yet." Speaking of which, Lucas breaks off the tray of the high chair and drops to the ground, crawling over to Vyv.

[vyvyan]

"Hi Lucas!" Vyvyan picks the baby up, then drops him experimentally. Lucas doesn't so much as flinch.

"Great! They take after me!"

"After me, too: they are completely fireproof." The Devil shakes head.

Yes, she mentioned a box of matches would not be a good idea.

[vyvyan]

"What are you going to do with them?" Vyvyan asks, arranging Lucas' hair into a mohawk.

"Funny, huh, how the thin wispy baby hair sticks up in mohawk shape easily and surely. "Raise them. Care for them, teach them about the world, then let them do what they decide out of their lives?"

Oh dear... Ethan and Aiden are engaged in a high chair duel. The Devil knows better than to separate them right now.

Pretty advanced for three months, must be their genes.

"Do they have super powers?"

[7twistedwishes]

"besides invulnerability, super-strength and immunity to heat?" She laughs softly. "I would expect those to be superpowers enough for now."

[vyvyan]

"Yeah, but I wasn't sure what kind of devil powers you had."

[7twistedwishes]

"I have all powers I want, dear." She winks, going pick up the other two babies now that they are done smashing the high chairs. "I think the hardest part will be to not let them raze the city while growing up."

"But the city might need a little razing."

[vyvyan]

"Sounds like they just need entertaining." Vyvyan says.

[7twistedwishes]

"And what you think would keep them from breaking too much of the city?" He is the Vyv, after all.

[vyvyan]

"Er... find a hippy for them to beat up?"

[7twistedwishes]

"Oh dear..." She laughs a bit,holding the other two babies. "That easy? We are in San Francisco, in some parts of the city half the population fits the bill."

"Are you hungry?"

[vyvyan]

"Are you gonna breast feed?" Vyvyan asks, assuming she's asking the babies.

[7twistedwishes]

"I meant you... the triplets should not be hungry... yet."

[vyvyan]

"Yeah, I'm always hungry."

[7twistedwishes]

"Hmm, pizza and burgers? Escorted with milkshakes?" Two more devils will join the group, and escort Vyv and the babies to the kitchen. One of the devils will cook, just because.

Out the kitchen window a charred husk of a house can be seen in the next yard.

[vyvyan]

"Yeah!" Grin.

"S'great having more than one of you, you can get much more done."

"Oh, you have no idea.. spreading sin and temptation is a busy job." The burgers are the first to be done, and Vyv is handed a stack of three and a large milkshake. "Busy enough to make me want to do small things at a normal pace."

[vyvyan]

"So what are you going to do with the babies? Are they going to destroy the world?"

[7twistedwishes]

"No, not at all." She frowns a bit, the Devils holding the children protectively. "They will grow up, and live their lives, and I will help them along."

"They are not tools, they are... children. Family, maybe the last I will raise before my own end."

[vyvyan]

"Oh, all right then. I never experienced much in the way of upbringing."

She nods. "People can be that way. I am trying to be different."

[vyvyan]

"Didn't have you down as the girly mumsy type." Vyvyan says.
