Room 616 - Immortal Experiment

"Welcome..." She holds the door open for her guest.

The room is big, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The devil does not skimp on personal comfort, after all.

A nice big couch rests at the center, with recliner chairs to the left side and a low center table. Thick soft carpet, perfectly clean, covers the floor with pillows and beanbag chairs scattered around.

Against the right wall, in front of the couch, there are bookshelves, a plasma TV (52") and the door of a walk-in closet. The left wall has a fridge, microwave oven and pantry. Also, a door that leads to a bathroom.

And of course, to the back of the room, between two windows covered in heavy curtains, a large comfortable bed.

The Devil guides Amanda in, closing the door behind them; the immortal gets only a couple seconds to look around before she is drawn into a lot, toe-curling kiss.

The close contact is all that she imagined it would be, and much, much more.

Amanda lets her carnal side out. Leaning into the Devil she lets herself go. Her hand holding Scarlets face.

That will be specially rewarded... The Devil takes Amanda to the big bed, clothes dropping on the way.

A few hours later Amanda is being spooned up, Scarlet holding her gently.

It's a good thing that Amanda heals quickly, it will help her regain her strength sooner rather then later.

Sitting up Amanda can't help but be wearing a satisfied grin. Nothing less then she expected but that doesn't mean she can't still appriciate the Devil's skill.

The Devil smirks, kissing Amanda's neck. "Hmm... it is a rare thing, someone who can keep up with me." She strokes the other woman's back. "I hope it was... satisfactory?"

Amanda clears her throat and purses her lips together, "I've had better" she lies easily trying very hard not to laugh. Not letting there be any outward signs..yet.

"Liar." The Devil's voice is gently teasing, affectionate... "But I forgive you for it."

Amanda can't keep it in any longer and she starts to laugh, "And here I am normally so good at it." no she didn't think she could fool the Devil.

"Oh, you are good; you would definitely have fooled a mortal, but I am the 'Lady of Lies', dear..." She nuzzles Amanda'1s shoulder, moving close. "And thank you."

Amanda chuckles, "Good to know." she will put that skill to good use.

"You are welcome." she grins, "And, thank you."

"No no." The Devil scoots closer, slipping arms around Amanda. "I mean it... being The Devil is a very lonely job."

"I'm suprised. I would think you would have no problem finding someone to keep you company."

[7twistedwishes]

"Oh, much the opposite, people are willing to do many things for me... but not take me to bed. Of course, I can always lie and pretend to be a mortal, but it is not the same thing." She kisses Amanda's cheek, pulling a silk robe out of nowhere and offering it to the woman. "Hungry? I would be, if I could be hungry."

"I suppose it helps that I don't have to worry about my soul."

Amanda happily accepts the robe. "Yes very." she grins wide, "That took alot of energy."

"What you would like?" She gets up, wrapping herself in her own robe. "Anything that can be called food in any Earth, just pick."

"Fruit." she does love her fruit. "It is such a treat to have fresh fruit."

"Oh, good call." She does a flourish, setting a large tray of fruit on the table, and a few jars of different fruit juices.

Hm, watermelon, bananas, oranges, grapes, strawberries, peaches, apples... and more.

"That is a wonderful ability." Amanda picks up the grapes and eats a few of them. Scarlet can hear Amanda enjoying the fresh fruit.

"Anything material, any comfort, any treasure, any wonder... It is mine to give out if so I wish." She takes a strawberry, tasting it. "Hmm."

Amanda has an idle thought, "Do you need to eat or is it just a pleasure?"

She pauses mid-bite, raising a brow... munching, swallowing and smirking. "Don't need to eat or drink." But she is always hungry and thirsty. "Don't need to sleep." But she is always tired. "Don't need to even breathe." But she is always choking and gasping from the iron collar around her real body's neck.

Each part is said with that same bitter smirk.

Being The Devil is not all laughter and roses.

Amanda tilts her head as she watches the Devil.

"I see." she can tell that there is more to it then the simple answers.

"Immortals need to do all those things. Though not doing them will not kill us...permenately it is quite unpleasent."

"I can imagine." She smirks. "All are immortal in hell, you know? But it is strange how nobody realizes that: Immortal Souls."

"Sometimes I wonder if it is the same with the souls of the departed that end here."

Amanda shrugs, "I don't know." she doesn't know of any dead people in Milliways.

Smiling, "I see your point but I prefer to be immortal on earth. At least given what I know of Hell. It isn't supposed to be pleasant."

Now, Amanda does not really see the point. At least, not the point The Devil is really making.

But she does not press the issue, it is too early for that. "So... what you see yourself doing when you reach my age?"

It's possible afterall she is still young.

"And how old are you?" she isn't sure yet.

She ponders that a bit. "Hm... depending on how you do the count, and convert between the many calendars used since my creation to now... something between ten and twelve thousand years."

[immortalthief]

Amanda gives the question serious consideration, "I don't know." she says honestly. "I don't know enough about where I will be in 10-12 thousand years. Or even if I will be alive that long."

"Well..." She fills two glasses of fresh fruit juice." I wish sincerely that you will not be as bored as I am at times."

"I'm sure I can find something to keep myself entertained."

[7twistedwishes]

"Hopefully so, eternity can be very dull if you ever get to see everything that can be seen in the world... I am hoping to sometime visit different worlds, where I can see different things."

"But, my chances of ever being invited to a world where The Devil does not exist, are minimal."

"Well fortunately enough seems to change over time to keep things interesting."

Amanda considers, "I can see where that may be difficult." she wonders, "Are there any such worlds?"

"Oh, I was just thinking of worlds that are not Earth. Specially, worlds that do not have a Devil or some equivalent force, worlds where humanity doe snot exist... or, are different."

[immortalthief]

"That would be interesting." she thinks about it as she gets dressed, "I haven't met many here that aren't from Earth or some version of it. But I am sure there are some around."

"I have met some people who do not know what The Devil is; they are interesting, most of them seems to conclude I am just insane."

"Even more..." She grins. "Since I do not bother showing off what I can do."

The Devil stretches, shedding off a layer of disguise to reveal ashen-feathered wings, a blood-red tunic... quite becoming of her.

Amanda chuckles a bit as she tries to picture it.

"I think for that the patrons are most greatful." she concludes as she can only imagine all that the Devil can do.

Amanda looks astonished. Immortal or not...Milliways patron or not this isn't something that is seen everyday.

The Devil laughs softly, stands and poses. She is wearing a belt that holds two swords... "Like it?"

"It's...It's..." once again the Devil actually manages to get Amanda speechless.

[7twistedwishes]

"A Fallen Angel... or at least how you perceive me, based on your concept of me." She flashes a grin, winking to Amanda. "I will spare you from watching my pure, true form, it can be quite shocking seeing me as full Spirit."

[immortalthief]

"I appriciate your restraint...and for showing me...yourself."

[7twistedwishes]

"You are welcome." She grins, recomposing her disguise. "And you are welcome to visit me here anytime..."

[immortalthief]

"I appriciate the invitation." Amanda grins, "Now I think I should get changed so that I may return to my world and exploit some of mans weaknesses." this grin is micheveous.

"That definitely sounds like a plan, dear... I think I will do the same in my own world." She winks and nods. "Take care, please?"

"That I will do." and Amanda wisks herself out of the room.
